Patrycja Jakubek-Olszewska

and I use biochemical and molecular techniques to study the impact of natural compounds on redox homeostasis, autophagy and mitochondrial function.

Currently I am working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology PAS, where I work on uncovering therapeutic properties of dietary bioactives aiming to effectively treat, prevent or delay the progression of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).
